This artists’ publication brings together the eclectic and surprising nature of these contributions, each emphasizing the different artistic practices that these artists have today.

However varied the works of the artists are in technique or form, from literary to visual, from flat to three-dimensional, from still to moving, these are all ‘mediumistic' approaches. To put it more specifically, ‘a drawing of a landscape not only shows a landscape, but more particularly says “I am a mediated landscape, a translation.” Each contribution represents something and at the same time refers to itself – its construction, method, and history of creation’.
