500 Photographers Editions has released its first book by photographer Pim Top entitled Sculptures, Dark Passengers, The Liars. Pim Top, 1982, The Netherlands, is a photographer with a distinct focus on the body, gesture, light and expression. With a background in philosophy he searches for deeper layers within his work, inspired by painters, psychologists and greek sculptors.
The book contains three series of photographic work created in 2012 and 2013 that all belong to the same larger body of work and is accompanied by texts of photography expert and historian Rik Suermondt and Pieter Wisse.
